From the Meadow
MooMoo Meadows is more than just bread and cookies — it’s a little piece of home. What started as a love for baking and a bubbly sourdough starter quickly grew into sharing fresh loaves, muffins, and sweet treats with our community.
I’m Rose — a nurse practitioner, mom, and small-town baker who finds joy in slow-fermented bread, seasonal flavors, and creating food that makes people smile. Each bake is made right here in our kitchen, with care, patience, and plenty of love.
As our farm grows, so will MooMoo Meadows. One day, we’ll have a little farm stand filled with fresh produce, eggs, and more — but for now, it’s all about sharing the simple goodness of sourdough.

Each loaf starts with our bubbly, happy starter (Crustopher) and a whole lot of patience. Slow-fermented for that signature tang and baked to golden perfection, our sourdough is crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside.
We offer a rotating selection of flavors each week — from simple country loaves to fun mix-ins like jalapeño cheddar or cinnamon swirl. Every bake is a little different, but always made with love.
Our sourdough starter doesn’t just make bread — it also brings a cozy, tangy touch to our homemade cookies. Each week, we bake up different flavors that rotate with the seasons and our kitchen’s inspiration. From classic chocolate chip to fun seasonal surprises, there’s always something new to try!
Our sourdough focaccia is baked golden with olive oil and sprinkled with love (and a touch of flaky sea salt). Topped with rotating seasonal flavors — think herby garlic, sun-dried tomato, or fresh garden veggies — it’s the perfect balance of chewy, airy, and savory.

Pickup is available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Delivery to Victoria on Fridays.
